2022 (JUNIOR) Appeared in 34 games making 24 starts in the circle...Led the Titans with a 16-7 record...Had a 2.43 ERA in 150 innings pitched...Led the staff with 154 strikeouts...Pitched the 57th No-Hitter in school history against Cal State Bakersfield...Picked up wins over ranked Arizona, Northwestern, and LSU...Was 4th in the Big West with a 2.43 ERA and in strikeouts.
PRIOR TO Cal State Fullerton (Pacific) 2021 (Sophomore) Started in 9 games for the Tigers and made 12 apperances. Went 6-2 and recorded a 1.88 ERA in 59.2 innings pitched. Recorded 49 strikeouts on the season. She was named a First Team All-West Coast Conference honoree in 2021. Her most notable performance of the season took place on April 10 with a seven-inning complete game shutout at San Diego in which she only surrendered five hits. At the plate, Sutherlin had one home run and three doubles while driving in four runs.
2020 (Sophomore) Ranked third in the West Coast Conference with a 1.97 ERA in 53.1 innings pitched and struck out a career-high 13 batters against UIC (2/21) at the Bulldog Classic. Overall, compiled a 6-2 record with a 1.34 WHIP in 10 appearances in the circle with eight starts. Earned Pacific's first of two WCC Pitcher of the Week honors in three weeks for her performance at the Bulldog Classic after racking up 16 strikeouts across two games in 12 innings.
2019 (Freshman) After 28 appearances and 12 starts in the circle, Sutherlin finished her freshman campaign with a record of 6-8. She pitched 103.1 innings while ranking second on the team in both ERA (4.96) and WHIP (1.77). She also racked up 86 strikeouts, 16 of which came in back-to-back eight-strikeout games against Bucknell (3/13) and UMass Lowell (3/16) while allowing a combined three runs between the two. Sutherlin continued to show the ability to pitch deep into games, going five or more innings in 10 different games. Four of which were complete games.
High School A three-year varsity starter, Sutherlin served as a pitcher and outfielder for Campo Verde High School in Gilbert, Arizona. Sutherlin accumulated a .373 batting average in her first three seasons with the Coyotes, including a .432 mark during the 2017 season that ranked top 10 in the 5A San Tan League. She also batted in 68 runs and scored 75 while knocking 12 home runs. Sutherlin held a 46-21 record in the circle with 45 complete games. She also struck out 512 batters in just 421.2 innings pitched and led Campo Verde to two Regional Championships while earning team MVP honors, First Team All-Section plaudits three times and First Team All-Arizona in 2016.
