The Titans offense had a strongoutput over the weekend as they outscored their opponents 37-to-14 for the weekend.  The Titans are batting .330 collectively for the season with 67 runs scored and 13 homeruns.  Peyton Toto leads the team with a .567 batting average, good for 8th in the country.  Toto also has 11 RBIs, 10 runs scored, and 2 home runs.  Hannah Becerra is second with a .467 batting average and is slugging 1.000.  Becerra leads the team with 13 RBIs and 4 home runs.  Deshea Hill is batting .400 with 11 RBIs and 3 home runs.  After a slow opening weekend, the #9 and #1 hitters, Antuanett Dean and Megan Delgadillo showcased what a terror they're going to be on the basepaths this season.  Antuanett Dean led the team with a .533 BA with 8 hits and six runs scored.  She was 4-4 on stolen bases.  Megan Delgadillo also had 8 hits and batted .471 with 8 runs scored and was 5-6 on stolen bases.

The Titans pitching staff had a great outing over the weekend as they limited their opponents to just 9 earned runs over 5 games and had a staff ERA of 2.34.  They also cut down on the walks as 24 were issued the first weekend and only 10 were issued this past weekend.  They had a 33-10 K/BB ratio.  Staci Chambers led the staff with 2 wins over the weekend and allowed just one earned run over 8 innings with 9 strikeouts.  Myka Sutherlin shoved against Idaho State allowing just one earned run in 6 innings and striking out 11.  Raci Miranda pitched 9 innings and allowed just three earned runs.   Alexia Silvas made her first career start and allowed four runs over 8.2 innings of work with 7 strikeouts.  She got the save in the win against Grand Canyon after the Lopes had an opportunity to tie the game up in the final inning.  Collectively for the season, the Titans pitching staff has an era of 3.46.  The Titans have a 67-34 K/BB ratio.  Chambers leads the team with a 1.76 ERA and a 3-0 record. There isn't one true ace of the staff as all pitchers have logged at least 9 innings and all of them are in the double-digits in punch outs.

Two of the Titans Coaching staff will be going against their alma maters this weekend as head coach Kelly Ford takes on the University of Oklahoma and volunteer pitching coach Danielle O'Toole goes against both her former schools San Diego State and The University of Arizona.

Jocelyn Alo of Oklahoma is currently tied for the NCAA Career Home Runs Leaderboard with 95. The Titans are the first team Oklahoma plays this weekend and will look to avoid being in the record book.

The Titans may face some familiar faces this weekend as Oregon boasts former Big West All-First Team and All-Freshman, KK Humphreys and San Diego State has former All-Big West Freshman pitcher of the Year and All-Big West First Team member, Dani Martinez.
