PRIOR TO CAL STATE FULLERTON She attended Brown University from 2018-2022. They won the Ivy League Championships in 2019 and 2021 and were back-to-back NCAA Tournament participants. She graduated from Brown University with 12 points (three goals, six assists) for her career. She served as the Team Captain at Brown her senior year.
HIGH SCHOOL She graduated from Marymount High School in Los Angeles in 2018. She lettered in soccer for four years, track and field (four years), and cross country (one year). She was 1st team All-CIF Southern Section Division 3 her senior year. She was All-League her junior and senior year. She was the team captain her senior year. She came in second place at the State Championship in Track in the 800 meter event. She was named the Athlete of the Year during her senior year. She graduated Cum-Laude in high school. She is the school record holder for the 400 meter and 800 meter event in track. Her team were the Sunshine League Champions her senior year.
PERSONAL She was born in Santa Monica, Calif. to Arthur Yago and Shannon O'Neill. She has one younger sibling, Kaelin...Middle name is Kealohamailani, which means “love from Heaven” in Hawaiian...She is majoring in Public Health because she wants to address racial health inequalities and help vulnerable communities improve their quality of life...She chose to come to Cal State Fullerton because of the friendly campus environment, nice facilities, and an opportunity to play D1 soccer close to home. Her favorite food is street tacos.
