Led the team with a 2.09 ERA in 18 appearances and 14 starts, allowing 20 earned runs in 86 innings pitched... Posted a 6-3 record with one save and allowed opponents to hit .201 on the season... Recorded 60 strikeouts and walked 31... Went 4-2 witha 1.80 ERA in eight appearances and six starts in conference play... Went six innings or more six times throughout the season... Allowed more than two earned runs in a game just twice in 18 appearances... Set a new career high with eight strikeouts at San Diego State (03/15).

Finished season with a 7-3 record in 17 starts…Louiville Slugger Freshman All-American and Big West Conference Honorable Mention pick...posted a 3.66 ERA and has tossed 86 innings (second on the team), striking out 67 and holding opposing batters to a .248 clip…totaled three quality starts…Fullerton’s “Sunday” starter the majority of the year…moved to Saturday following the season-ending injury to Justin Garza…in Big West games, totaled a 5-1 record in eight starts…managed a 2.53 ERA and struck out 30 in 42 and 2/3 innings pitched while holding opposing batters to a .234 average…against then 12th-ranked Louisville received his first career start and picked up the win, tossing 5 and 2/3 innings allowing four runs while striking out five in the 8-6 victory (02/15)…allowed just one run, tossing five innings and striking out three in a 6-5 victory over then fifth-ranked Texas Tech that completed the sweep (03/08)…in series clinching 7-2 win at CSUN, allowed just one run on four hits while striking out four to pick up the victory in five and 1/3 innings of work (03/29)…in the series-clinching 13-2 victory over Cal Poly, allowed one run in five innings of work (04/04)…in series-clinching 13-3 victory at UC Davis, allowed three runs on four hits in five innings to pick up the win (04/12)…tossed a season-high seven innings at then 24th-ranked Maryland (04/19)…in series-sweeping 7-4 win at UC Riverside, tossed five shutout innings and struck out four to earn the win…struck out a season-high seven in six and 1/3 innings of work against then 11th-ranked UC Santa Barbara.
