FULLERTON, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton will close out their 2019 season with a pair of road games as they head to UC Santa Barbara on Friday and Cal Poly on Saturday. Friday will start at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday will start at 5:00 p.m.

The Titans are coming off a sweep of UC Riverside as part of Cal State Fullerton's Homecoming double-header. Julia Crawford had a masterful performance posting 24 kills on a .400 hit percentage helping leading CSF to a Senior Night victory. Felicia Marshall also posted double-digit kills with 10 while Tyler Fezzey recorded nine. Makenzi Abelman recorded 42 assists while Savahna Costello led the defense with 20 digs. Prior to the match, the team celebrated the careers of seniors Felicia Marshall and and Faith Squier as well as juniors Makenzi Abelman and Tyler Fezzey, who are graduating a year early.

In the first matchup with the Gauchos (20-5, 10-4 Big West), UCSB swept the Titans overpowering them with a .321 team hit percentage led by Lindsey Ruddins' 10 kills on a .526 hit percentage. The Titans are currently on a 14-match losing streak against Santa Barbara and are 8-70 all-time.

Against the Mustangs, Fullerton struggled and was swept by Cal Poly in straight sets. Three Mustangs posted double-digit kills, as opposed to the Titans' zero, led by Maia Dvoracek's 15. Fullerton has lost the last 11 meetings and are 10-57 all-time against Poly.

Cal State Fullerton has notched 12 wins on the season, the most for the program since the 2012 season. Four of those victories have come in conference play which is the highest win total since 2013.
