FULLERTON, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton looks to end its three-match losing streak this weekend as they are set to host UC Davis and UC Riverside. The match against the Aggies will be Friday night at 7:00 p.m. while the match against the Highlanders will serve as the first leg of Saturday's Homecoming double-header with men's basketball beginning at 4:00 p.m.

The Titans are coming off a rough week dropping all three of their matches last week including the first matchup against UC Davis last Tuesday before falling to CSUN and Long Beach State over the weekend.

As the season enters the final stretch, Fullerton sits in seventh place in the Big West standings with a 3-9 conference record, 11-12 overall. This is the best season for the program since 2012.

In the first matchup with UC Davis (14-12, 6-7 Big West), the Titans fell in four sets after starting the match with their best set of the 2019 season. Julia Crawford led the team with just nine kills on the night while Davis' Lauren Matias posted a match-high 24 kills at a .339 hit percentage. In the 30 matchups all-time, Fullerton trails 13-17 having lost 13 straight matches to the Aggies.

The Titans faced UCR (6-18, 2-11 Big West) to kick off their conference schedule back in late September where the Highlanders pulled out a four set victory. Tyler Fezzey posted her career-high 14 kills while Crawford recorded a double-double with 12 kills and 12 digs. In 41 meetings against UC Riverside all-time, the Titans are 30-11 after losing their first matchup this season.

Saturday is Homecoming for the Titans as volleyball will play at 4:00 p.m. with men's basketball to follow at 8:00 p.m. Saturday will be Fullerton's Senior Day as they celebrate the careers of Faith Squier, Felicia Marshall, Makenzi Abelman, and Fezzey. The team will also recognize Abelman on reaching 1,000 career assists and Savahna Costello on reaching 1,000 career digs.
