IRVINE, Calif. --- The 31^st-ranked UC Irvine women's tennis team scored a 4-0 sweep of Cal State Fullerton to claim at least a share of the Big West regular season title Tuesday afternoon at Anteater Tennis Stadium.

The Anteaters (19-3, 8-0 Big West) first won the doubles point, winning matches at No. 1 and No. 3 in the lineup.

In singles action, UCI defeated Fullerton (10-13, 3-5 Big West) at the No. 2, No. 4 and No. 5 spots in the lineup. The remaining matches were left unfinished.

Fullerton has one match remaining in regular season action, hosting UC Riverside at the Titan Tennis Courts on Thursday at 2 p.m.
