FULLERTON, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton (35-16, 15-3 Big West) came out with the 2-1 walk-off victory over Cal Poly (10-38, 4-14 Big West) on "No One Fights Alone" day to complete the series sweep. It's the 15th Big West series sweep in their last 26 conference series matchups.

Taylor Dockins got the start on the day Fullerton showed their support for her battle against cancer and she was dominant. The sophomore went the distance for her second complete game of the season allowing just one run on four hits and two walks while striking out a season-high five batters. With the win, Dockins moves to 5-5 on the season and has allowed just two runs over her last 10 innings of work.

It was a pitchers duel once again as Steffi Best kept the Fullerton offense in check limiting them to the two runs on seven hits.

The Mustangs got on the board with a run in the third on a fielder's choice to take the early lead, but the Titans answered in the fourth on a Sam Kennedy sacrifice fly.

The 1-1 tie would remain until the bottom of the seventh as Julia Valenzuela reached on an error eventually coming in to score the winning run on an RBI single from Zoe Richard.

This marks the 10th walk-off victory for Fullerton, just one shy of their total from last season. Looking at the Big West standings, it comes down to the Titans and Rainbow Wahine as the final two teams with Fullerton owning a two-game advantage with just one weekend series remaining.

The Titans will finish the regular season at UC Riverside next weekend with the opener on Friday and a doubleheader on Saturday to close it out.
