SENIOR (2014): Appearing primarily as a pinch runner Rubio played in 50 games, making five starts...scored 20 runs and stole seven bases during the 2013-14 season...hit .182 (4-for-20) and had one RBI...scored in 20 different games…hit her first career double against North Carolina on Feb. 18.
JUNIOR (2013): Appearing primarily as a pinch runner Rubio played in 47 games, making six starts...scored 11 runs and stole nine bases during the 2012-13 season...hit .080 (2-for-25) and had two RBI's...scored in 11 different games and set a career high for stolen bases in a game with two against Cal Poly on March 29.
SOPHOMORE (2012): Appeared in 40 games, making 28 starts...hit .229 overall on the season with 16 hits, two home runs, and nine RBI's...also walked five times with four sacrifices...logged her first career home run on April 7 versus UC Santa Barbara (1-for-3) with three RBI's...starting 16 games during conference play, Rubio hit .409 with .962 fielding mark...had her second multi-hit game of the season against UC Riverside on April 22 going two for three with a home run.
FRESHMAN (2011): Appeared in 34 games, making two starts...entered the game mostly as a pinch-runner, but also made three starts in the outfield, finishing 0-for-4 at the plate...scored 15 runs to rank fourth on the team...finished 4-for-9 in stolen bases...was also hit by a pitch once against Oklahoma State (Feb. 12).
TROY HS
Four year letter winner for the Warriors who also played two years of varsity soccer and a year of varsity volleyball...first-team All-Freeway League selection as a junior...hit .380 with seven home runs as a senior and .350 with four more home runs as a junior...helped lead the Warriors girls soccer team to the CIF Division III title as a junior and a Freeway League title as a senior.

Parents are Antonio and Diane...has a brother, Thomas, and a sister, Jaclyn...nickname is "J"... intends to major in kinesiology...played travel ball for the OC Batbusters... favorites include: green (color), "It's not where you start, it's where you finish," (quote), drawing with white charcoal and black paper, painting (hobbies), New York (place already visited), Italy (would like to visit), Veronese coffee house (place to take visitors in Fullerton), steak and mashed potatoes (foods), frozen strawberries (snack), lemonade (drink), Los Angeles Dodgers (athletic team), Andre Ethier (athlete), The Notebook, Forest Gump, 10 Things I Hate About You (movies), Greys Anatomy, Glee (tv shows), Adele, Carrie Underwood (musical artists), "Twilight," (book)...greatest accomplishment: playing softball in Canada, receiving all-star right fielder for the tournament...something most people would be surprised to know about me: I can whistle extremely loud...I chose Fullerton because: I love this city and this program...If I didn't play softball, I would play: soccer.
