Stockton, Calif. - John San Juan shot the only sub-par round for Cal State Fullerton as the Titans finished 12th in a 12-team field at the Pacific Invitational Men's Golf Tournament Monday thru Wednesday at Brookside Country Club.

San Juan shot a 69 on the par 71 course on Monday and followed it with rounds of 75 and 74 for a 54-hole total of 218, good for 38th place. Other Titan golfers were Dakota Duerr at 221, Nick Ellis at 223, Jacob Golenbiewski at 226 and Scott Rubzin at 230. The Titans' team score was 884.

UC Davis won the tourney by one stroke over Brigham Young and two over Oregon. The Aggies shot 832 to 833 for the Cougars and 834 for the Ducks. Individual honors went to Tyler Raber of UC Davis with a 14-under par score of 199.

The Titans' next tournament is the Feb. 7-9 Pat Hicks Thunderbird Invitational in Cedar City, Utah.
