First-Round Results in PDF Format

Dakota Duerr and Corey Gard each shot a 5-over par 77 Sunday as Cal State Fullerton stumbled out of the gate at the Jim West Intercollegiate Men's Golf Tournament at Victoria Country Club.

The Titans placed 15th out of 15 teams with a score of 316, which is 28 over par. Louisiana Tech is the first round leader at one-under 287 for a 6-stroke lead over Southeastern Louisiana.

The balance of the Fullerton scores were 81s for Nick Ellis, Mark Anguiano and Scott Rubzin. The golfers will play 18 more holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday.
