FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton looks to get back to its winning ways this week as it hosts No. 10 Arizona State for a two-game midweek series beginning Tuesday night at 6:00 p.m. at Goodwin Field. 

The Titans (4-7) are coming off a series loss to San Francisco while Arizona State (8-4) comes to town after a series victory over Nebraska. 

Zach Lew leads the Titans offensively through 11 games with a .347 batting average to go along with eight runs and five RBI. Drew Swift leads Arizona State with a .362 average with seven runs and eight RBI. 

Fullerton and Arizona State have met 64 times with the Sun Devils having a slight edge in the all-time series with a record of 33-31. The Titans have defended their home field against Arizona State over the years with a 15-11 record at Goodwin Field. 

The two teams have a long history of meeting in the postseason, playing 19 times in the NCAA Playoffs with the Titans getting the better of the matchup with 11 wins to Arizona State's eight. The last time Fullerton and Arizona State met was in 2019 at Goodwin Field where the Sun Devils earned a 6-4 victory.
