FULLERTON, Calif. – Coming off of a win Sunday against UC Irvine, the Titans head to Anteater Ballpark Tuesday for a midweek nonconference game with the Anteaters with first pitch scheduled for 6:00 p.m. PT. The game was initially scheduled to be played at the Great Park in Irvine but has been moved to Anteater Ballpark. 

The Titans head into the nonconference game against Big West foe UCI with a record of 17-22 and conference record of 5-7. UC Irvine is 28-10 on the season with a 10-5 record in conference play.

Mitchell Berryhill continued his dominance this past weekend against UC Irvine as hit .333 to bring his season batting average to .442 which leads the entire nation. Berryhill is on pace to have the highest batting average in a single season in the history of the program.

To go along with his impressive batting average, Berryhill has a .513 on-base percentage which ranks seventh in the country and first in the Big West Conference.

Gavin Velasquez looks to be the Titans starter Tuesday against UC Irvine. Velasquez is 1-0 this season with one save and a 5.88 ERA in 26 inning pitched. Dylan Riddle is starting for the Anteaters and has no decision this season in 10 appearances with a 9.95 ERA.
