AS A FRESHMAN (2014)
Made 11 appearances including two starts... Made his Titans debut
as a pinch hitter against Washington State on Feb. 16... Made his
first career start and had his first career hit on Apr. 23 at
Fresno State... Recorded his first career RBI on Apr. 26 vs.
Hawaii.
SUMMER 2013
Played for the Medford Rogues of the West Coast League
with fellow Titan teammates Chad Hockin and Christian Coronado,
advancing to the WCL playoffs…batted .277 with nine runs
scored, two doubles, one triple and nine
RBIs.
HIGH SCHOOL
A 2013 graduate of Bullard High School in Fresno,
Calif…played four years of varsity baseball for head coach
Chad Thornhill…following his senior season was named Fresno
Bee honorable mention and first team County Metro Athletic
Conference after batting .345 with 13 RBIs… a two-sport star
for the Knights, was the a three-year starting quarterback on the
football field and a two-year starting catcher on the
diamond…in his first year behind the plate during his junior
season in 2012, was named the Fresno Bee Player of the Year after
helping Bullard to a Valley League Championship and its first
Central Section title in 13 years…caught all 230 innings in
2012, leading the Knights to a 26-7 record and a No. 11 state
ranking from Cal-Hi Sports…managed a pitching staff with a
2.50 ERA…at the plate, led the Knights offensively in
several categories: batting average (.364), RBIs (37), doubles
(16), total based (58) and slugging percentage (.542)…in the
championship game, batted 3-for-3 with two doubles and drove in a
run in a 6-2 victory over Clovis High School…a four-year
starter (two at catcher), in 2012 earned first-team all-league,
first-team all-valley and Max Preps all-state accolades…was
named the 2012 Reebok NorCal World Series Tournament MVP…was
named the Fresno Grizzlies Hot Stove 2013 Male Athlete of the
Year…on the football field, in 2011 quarterbacked Bullard to
the Central Section Division I Championship Game, and received
all-league honors in 2011 and 2012…a six-time
scholar-athlete.

Born in Fresno, Calif…parents are Chris and Stacy
Pacheco…has one older sister (Jocilyn) and one younger
sister (Mindy)…major is business marketing…has
volunteered at Kid’s Day at a local Fresno children’s
hospital…models his game after Yadier

Angel Stadium, Rangers Ballpark (baseball stadiums), Bo Jackson,
