FULLERTON, Calif. – The men's and women's outdoor track and field team is set to compete in three different meets in a three-day span this weekend, beginning Thursday at the Beach Pacific Coast Intercollegiate Meet and Mt. Sac Relays while finishing up the weekend at Mt. Sac and the Beach Invite on Friday and Saturday.

The Titans will be sending a large mixed group to the first of two meets hosted by Long Beach State this weekend to open up a busy weekend for the Titans. Fullerton will see participants in distance, sprints, throws and jumps competing on Thursday.
Kayla Steward and Kieana Butler will be returning to compete in the 100m hurdles and 100m dash, respectively, after posting season-bests last weekend at the Big West Challenge.
TJ Moffit also set a new season-best last weekend in the 800m run and also will be returning to the track on Thursday.
Rounding out the group heading to Long Beach is senior thrower Jessica Flores, who took home first place in the hammer throw for the second time this season last weekend at the Big West Challenge.

The Fullerton sprinters, distance runners, throwers and jumpers will head to Mt. Sac to compete in one of the most prestigious meets in Southern California on Thursday and Friday.
The men's and women's runners will be participating in 18 different events on Thursday and Friday, highlighted by freshman Thaddeus Smith who holds the top mark in the Big West in the 100m and 200m. Also Janaya Shorty returns to the track, currently the Big West top mark in the 200m, to compete in the 200m and the 400m.
The Titans will also be sending throwers to compete in four different events including the men's and women's hammer throw, the men's shot put and the men's discus throw.
Rounding out the group are Jacob Ruiz, competing in the pole vault and Edwin Matthews competing in the high jump as the lone representatives from the jumping squad.

Closing out the weekend will be the throwing and jumping squads out at the Beach Invitational on both Friday and Saturday.
The Titans will be competing in nine different events including one running event, five throwing events and three jumping events.
