FULLERTON, Calif.— After a solid showing in its season-opening meet last weekend, Cal State Fullerton now heads to Seattle, Washington where the distance runners will compete in the UW Invitational on the campus of the University of Washington at Dempsey Indoor this Friday and Saturday.

The Titan distance runners will be on display this weekend, as Fullerton sends seven different athletes to compete in three long-distance events.

Casey Candelaria, Tijerra Lynch, and Sara Taylor will all compete in the mile run, while Lauren McIntyre, Katie Bathgate, and Ana Valdovinos will run the 3000-meter. Lexie Bravo will be the lone Titan competing in the 5000-meter.

This meet will mark the first competition of the season for all the Titan athletes traveling this weekend.
