DAVIS - Cal State Fullerton loses to UC Davis, 3-4, to make it the first conference loss this season. The Titans fall to 14-4 (3-1) as the Aggies improve to 12-3 (5-1).
The Aggies got out to a hot start in the doubles matches against the Titans (2-1).
One doubles court one, the duo of Sarah Nuno and Karla Portalatin was the bright spot in the domination against Green/Breisacher (6-1).
On doubles court two, Genevieve Zeidan and Masako Makiba fell short in their battle against Pradeep/Tsukamoto (6-4).
Danielle Pham and Luxizi Meng put up a good effort but fell to Von Ebbe/Bryant (6-2).
Titans came out to a hot start in singles but came up short in the comeback.
On court two, Sarah Nuno got to work quick against Lani Rae Green 6-4, 7-5.
Court four garned another Titans win as Luxizi Meng took care of Sara Tsukamoto 6-4, 6-4.
The third consecutive Titan singles win came on court one by Genevieve Zeidan. Zeidan battled Kristina Breisacher in 3 sets 4-6, 6-3, 6-4.
The Titans fell short on court number three in a tight one as Karla Portalatin fell to Niki Pradeep 7-5, 6-4.
On court six, Caisey Lee Emery pushed Shirley Hall to 3 sets in heartbreaking loss 6-3, 0-6, 6-2.
Finally, Masako Makiba ran out of gas in 3 sets against Bella von Ebbe 5-7, 7-5, 6-3.
