UNLV `08: Played in 22 matches and 57 sets • Had two matches of 10-or-more kills, including a season-high 15 vs. Nevada (Sept. 28 • Had a total of 17 digs with a season-high two on seven occasions • Had a total of 31 blocks (three solo, 28 assisted) with a season-high one solo block on three occasions; four assisted blocks vs. TCU (Sept. 25); and a total of four on two occasions: TCU (Sept. 25) and at TCU (Oct. 25) • Had a kill and two block assists on Sept. 6 at Cal State Fullerton • Was named to the 2008 Academic All-Mountain West Conference team.

BISHOP MIEGE HS: A 2008 graduate of Bishop Miege High School in Shawnee Mission, Kan. • Lettered three years in volleyball and two in track split between Bishop Miege and Shawnee Mission East High Schools • Helped Bishop Miege to the Eastern Kansas League Championship before finishing the year as the runner-up in the Kansas 5A State Championships • The Stags closed out 2007 with a 42-2 overall record • Earned EKL Honorable Mention in 2007, while earning Sunflower League First Team honors in 2006 and Second Team honors in 2005 • Also participated in basketball (2004-06), softball (2004-05) and soccer (2005-06) • Won the 2008 Kansas 5A State Championship in javelin • In 2008, was named to the All-Sun Girls Track and Field team, All-Star Johnson County Girls Track first teams and to the All-Metro Girls Track and Field Second Team • Her club volleyball team, Invasion-SWAT 18's, placed 5th at the Junior Olympics in 2008 • Is a National Honor Society member.
