FULLERTON, Calif. – Jayla Norman recorded double-digit kills, but Cal State Fullerton fell to UC Irvine 3-0 (25-10, 25-18, 25-22) Saturday evening inside Titan Gym.
Norman finished with a team-high 10 kills to go along with a couple of digs and two block assists. Felicia Marshall came through with six kills and Summer Kerins produced four kills on a .364 attack percentage.
Savahna Costello and Tatiana Toleafoa each collected a team-best seven digs to lead the way defensively, while Nastassja Bowman came up with a team-high 21 assists. Haley Carmo provided two block assists.
The Titans will continue their homestand, as they'll take on CSUN next Friday at 8 pm PT.
