DAVIS, Calif. – Haley Carmo posted a career high eight kills on a .583 attack percentage, but it wasn't enough, as UC Davis defeated Cal State Fullerton 3-0 (25-16, 25-20, 25-16) Saturday afternoon at the The Pavilion.
In addition to Carmo's performance, Gabrielle Barcelos also came through with five kills and three digs. Madeline Schneider and Summer Kerins each recorded four kills.
Defensively it was Neena Dimas taking charge with a team-high 10 digs, while Courtney Mueller provided a team-best 13 assists. Carmo and Felicia Marshall provided three block assists.
The Titans will resume play at Long Beach State, Tuesday at 7 pm PT inside The Pyrimad.
