AS A JUNIOR (2012): Appeared in 33 sets and averaged 1.39 digs per set…received her only start of the year in a four-set loss at Hawai’i (11/21)…recorded a season-best 14 digs in a five-set loss to UC Santa Barbara (11/17).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011): Played in 50 of the Titans' 11 sets, spanning 19 matches • Made one start on Oct. 8 at Long Beach State • All six of her kills for the year came on opening night (Aug. 26) at Loyola Marymount • Had back-to-back 13-plus dig performances on Sept. 24 and Sept. 30 against Cal Poly and UC Riverside, respectively. Set her career high with 16 against the Gauchos on Sept. 24 at Titan Gym.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010): Played in just two matches (three sets) • Had a season-high three digs on Oct. 29 versus UC Santa Barbara in her collegiate debut.

NEVADA UNION HS: Was a three-year letterwinner at Nevada Union High School in Grass Valley, Calif. • Was the Co-MVP of the Sierra Foothill League in 2009 for Head Coaches Bob Rogers and Larry Peterson after posting a league-leading 329 kills, 264 digs and 45 aces in 94 sets • Was a two-time first-team all-league honoree • Was the team's captain in both her junior and senior years and helped the Miners to a 35-11 overall record and 4-2 CIF playoff mark as a senior. Was recognized by the Sacramento Bee as an All-Metro player in 2008 and a Player to Watch in 2009 • Was a three-time recipient of the NUHS Student Athlete Award (2007-09). 

PERSONAL: Born on March 12, 1992, in Laguna Beach, Calif. • Full name is Abigail Diana Miraldi • Parents are Dean and April Miraldi • Has three siblings, Matthew (24), Kylie (22) and Torrie (17) • Major is undeclared • Comes from an athletic family - Her father, Dean, played in the NFL as a guard with the Philadelphia Eagles (1981-84), the Denver Broncos (1985) and the Los Angeles Raiders (1987); her mother, April, played volleyball at Pepperdine and UCLA; her brother, Matthew, was drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays out of high school, went on to play at Cosumnes River College and Cal State LA and recently signed a pro contract with the independent Gateway Grizzlies in St. Louis; and her sister, Kylie, plays volleyball at San Jose State • Favorites include: Los Angeles Lakers and Dodgers (teams), "A Lot Like Love" (movie), "Friends" (TV show), Tim McGraw and Dixie Chicks (musical artists), and pasta (food).
