Cal State Fullerton sophomore Morgan McIntosh claimed the consolation title of the 2011 Fall Intercollegiate Tournament via default on Sunday afternoon, posting three wins on the tournament's final day en route to the title.

McIntosh, who finished the tournament at 5-1 after an opening day loss, defeated UC Riverside's Thanh Doan, 6-0, 6-0, and the Highlanders' Taylor Raney, 6-1, 6-3, en route to the title after UC Irvine's Kat Facey defaulted in the championship match.

She became the second Titan in as many years to claim the consolation singles crown, joining teammate Megan Sandford, who won the same title in 2010.

In doubles, the freshman pairing of Devyn Billingsley and Avriel Tomaiko reached Sunday's consolation championship before falling to Cal State Northridge's BreJohn McCray and Maria Pistalu, 8-4.

Finishing out the main draw, the doubles crown was claimed by the Oregon duo of Patricia Skowronski and Sofia Hager, who defeated Long Beach State's Rachel Manasse and Laura Bernard, 8-6.

In singles, it is an all 49ers' final as Bernard and Manasse will complete their championship match on Monday (Oct. 10) on their home court in Long Beach. Bernard defeated the Ducks' Haley Driver, 6-2, 6-1, while Manasse defeated teammate Julia Luzar, 6-2, 6-2, in the semifinals.
