FULLERTON, Calif. - In a battle between two ranked teams, the No. 64 Cal State Fullerton Titans lost at home 4-2 to the Big West leaders the #70 Cal Poly Mustangs on Saturday morning at the Titans tennis courts. 

The Titans had to start from behind after falling the doubles point.  The No. 1 pairing of Eira Tobrand and Camila Garcia won their match but the No. 2 and No. 3 teams lost against the Mustangs.

In singles play, Cal Poly took an early 3-0 lead after both Dunkle sisters won their No. 5 and No . 6 matches.  

The Titans rattled off back-to-back points when Eira Tobrand and Juliette Daries won their matches to make it 3-2.

No. 1 YuSeung Suh and No. 2 Natalie Duffy were able to take their matches to three sets.  However, Kim Bhunu defeated Suh in three sets to clinch the match for the Mustangs.

The Titans have one more match this weekend as they square off against the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos on Sunday morning at 11:00 am.
