SACRAMENTO, Calif. - After staying at home for the month of March, the Cal State Fullerton women's tennis team began the month of April with a three-game road trip.

The Titans headed to Northern California to square off against the Hornets.  The Titans won their 8th match in a row as they defeated Sacramento State 4-1.  

The Titans had to play from behind after dropping the doubles point. It was tied 1-1 after the No. 2 doubles pairing Suh/Duffy won their match and the No.3 doubles pairing of Taylor/Daries lost their match.  However, ultimately the No.1 pair of Tobrand/Garcia lost 7-5 to give the doubles point to the Hornets. 

The Titans proceeded to win all four matches in a row in singles.  YuSeung Suh and Eira Tobrand won their matches in straight sets.  Natalie Duffy and Camila Garcia dropped their first sets and came back and won both their second and third sets to secure the point for the Titans.  

The Titans remain in Northern California as they take on UC Davis for a Big West match-up on Saturday at 11:00 AM.
