SAN JOSE, Calif. – It came down to the final singles match of the day.  Fortunately, after falling in the first set, Jadie Acidera staged a dramatic three-set comeback to secure the final point needed for Fullerton's 4-3 victory on Sunday afternoon at San Jose State.

The doubles team of Camila Garcia and YuSeung Suh were victorious, as were Eira Tobrand and the aforementioned Jadie Acidera in singles.  Fullerton was aided by two forfeit points as the Spartans only had five players available.

Cal State Fullerton (7-3, 0-0 BWC) will open Big West play on Friday, March 6, with a dual match at Long Beach State beginning at 2:00 p.m.
