NORTHRIDGE, Calif. – The Titans Doubles teams of Kalachova / Acidera and Tobrand / Valenzuela were both sent to the consolation bracket by identical scores of 3-6. Titan Singles were much more successful, with Eira Tobrand, Alex Kalachova and Jadie Acidera all advancing in their championship brackets. Taylor Valenzuela fell in straight sets.
The three-day tournament consists of six Doubles flights and seven Singles flights. Each flight will have a championship and consolation bracket, to ensure that all participants play in at least two competitive matches over the weekend. Competitors have come from host Cal State Northridge, Cal State Fullerton, Long Beach State, UC Riverside, UC Santa Barbara, North Texas, LMU, Liberty University, Sacramento State, Brigham Young University, Utah State, Portland, Fresno State, Youngstown State, Marymount University, Azusa Pacific and Cal State Los Angeles.

Following the CSUN Fall Invitational, the Titans will go on a winter hiatus until they host the Cal State Fullerton Spring Invitational from January 17-19, 2020 on the Titan Courts.
