FULLERTON, Calif.– The Titans are going up north as they will face Portland on Wednesday and Seattle University on Friday.
Cal State Fullerton will be playing at Portland this Wednesday March 27th at 11:00am P.T.
Next, they will travel further north to take on Seattle University on Friday March 29th at 10:30am P.T. (initially scheduled at 11:00am P.T.)
TITANS
The Titans are 9-3 this season including an impressive home record of 8-1.
Fullerton only played three matches away this season. They won against Grand Canyon University but fell short against Arizona State and conference rival CSUN.
The Titans have won seven of the last eight matches they played.
Their last match was against Drake last week and the Titans won 6-1.
OPPONENTS
Portland (6-6) is undefeated when playing on their home courts with three wins.
The Portland Pilots are on a four-match losing streak with their last win dating back to March 1st against Santa Clara.
Seattle University is 5-11 this season including 0-3 in WAC conference play.
The Seattle Redhawks own a 2-3 home record before hosting the Titans this Friday.
The Redhawks have lost the last five duals they played.
HISTORY
The Titans share a 1-5 all-time record with the Portland Pilots.
Fullerton won the inaugural match against Portland back in 2002.
Since then, the Pilots have won five times in a row.
Their last match was in 2012 with Portland getting the 4-3 win.
Seattle and Fullerton only met once before.
Their only dual was in 2016 and the Titans were able to win 6-1.
