AS A FRESHMAN (2012-13)
Produced one of the most successful freshman seasons in recent Cal State Fullerton history, only to miss the last nine matches with an injury…finished the year with an overall record of 13-7 in singles play and a 10-6 mark in dual match competition…was slated mostly at the No. 4 spot (6-4) in the lineup, and was one of three players to earn double-digit wins in dual match play…in Big West competition, finished with a record of 3-2…in doubles play, teamed with Megan Sandford during dual match play, totaling a record of 6-8 at the No. 3 spot…the pair recorded a 3-2 mark in Big West play.

A 2012 graduate of Crescenta Valley HS in La Crescenta, Calif. • Finished her high school career with two third-place finishes in the Pacific League in 2010 and 2011 • In the USTA Southern Section, ranked as high as No. 77 (18-and-under).

Born in Glendale, Calif. • Parents are Jan and Anna Borkowski • Has one younger sister, Victoria…is majoring in health science • Favorite sport other than tennis is soccer, and her most admired athlete is Iker Casillas (goalkerkeeper for Spanish national team and Real Madrid).
