CAL STATE FULLERTON
2006 (JUNIOR): A dual threat in the field and
in the circle for the Titans, she started 60 of the team's 61 games
on the year... All-Big West Conference Honorable Mention selection
as a third baseman... hit .278 on the season in a team-high 205
at-bats from the leadoff spot... tied for the team lead with 39
runs scored while pacing the Titans with 17 doubles, 11 home runs,
and 39 RBI... her .532 slugging percentage was also tops on the
squad... hit .364 (8-for-22) in Fullerton's seven postseason games
to go with a pair of doubles, three home runs, six runs scored, and
nine RBI... hit a team-high .412 in NCAA Regional play in Columbus,
Ohio, helping the Titans to their first regional championship since
1995... finished second on the team with 14 multi-hit games and led
Fullerton with 11 multi-RBI contests... had a team-high nine-game
hitting streak from Feb. 10-23, batting .467 (14-for-30) with nine
runs scored and five doubles... had her best offensive performances
with a pair of three-hit games against Portland State (Feb. 16) and
UC Santa Barbara (March 31)... scored a season-high three runs on
three occasions... drove in a season-best five runs against Ohio
State on "Championship Sunday" at the NCAA Regionals on a grand
slam and solo home run in the Titans' 6-5 win... in the circle,
Doucette finished 8-5 overall with a 2.58 ERA and 74 strikeouts in
just over 100 innings of work... won four straight decisions from
Feb. 16 to March 2 and again from April 9 to May 12... tossed
back-to-back shutouts against Illinois-Chicago and Minnesota - the
latter a one-hitter with a season-high nine strikeouts against the
Golden Gophers... also struck out eight against Wisconsin (Feb. 9)
and UC Davis (Apr. 29).
UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA
2006 (SOPHOMORE): Louisville Slugger/NFCA
Third-Team All-America selection... Easton-Bell second-team
All-American... All-SEC Second Team... NFCA First-Team
All-Southeast Region... hit .318 witht 11 home runs and 53 RBI...
home run total was tied for second on the team while the 53 RBI
were second-best... also scored 38 times and smacked 14 doubles
(third on the team)... posted a 13-4 record in the circle in 19
starts to go with a 2.50 ERA... posted five shutouts and struck out
78 batters in 114 2/3 innings... opponents hit a team-low .209
against her... tossed her first career no-hitter against UC Davis
on March 4 at Cal State Fullerton's Worth Invitational, facing two
batters over the minimum in five innings of work.
2005 (FRESHMAN): Named of the All-Southeastern
Conference Second Team, SEC All-Freshman Team, and postseason
all-tournament team... hit .318 with four home runs, 38 RBI and 32
runs scored to go with 13 doubles... In the circle, posted a 5-2
record in eight starts with a 1.75 ERA... struck out 37 in 40
innings while holding the opposition to a .194 batting average...
helped the Bulldogs to a 55-15 overall record and a 26-4 mark in
SEC play... hit .444 in super regional play that season against
UCLA, going 4-for-9 with two runs, a home run, and two RBI... hit
.500 (6-for-12) in SEC Tournament play with two runs, a doubles,
and two RBI... earned her first collegiate win in the circle
against Appalachian State, allowing no earned runs in 5 1/3 innings
of work.
EL SEGUNDO HS
Played four years for Eagles... hit .429 with eight doubles and
24 RBI as a senior to go with 13 stolen bases... went 16-4 in the
circle as a senior with a 0.23 ERA... struck out 206 batters in 152
innings... tossed four no-hitters as a senior and had two 20
strikeout games... selected the Los Angeles Times Player of the
Year following her junior season, hitting .529 with four home runs
and 22 RBI and going 9-0 with a 0.28 ERA in the circle, striking
out 98 hitters in 67 innings... also earned Los Angeles Times and
Daily Breeze first-team honors after her junior year... invited to
participate in the U.S. Junior Women's National Team camp following
her sophomore year... twice earned All-CIF, first-team All-Area,
and Bay League MVP honors following her junior and senior years...
helped El Segundo HS to three Bay League titles from her
freshman-junior seasons... twice named team MVP... Rookie of the
Year honors as a freshman... member of the student government,
serving as student body vice-president as a senior.

Born Dec. 27, 1985, in Los Angeles, Calif... parents are Pat and
Teri... has an older brother, Michael, and two younger siblings - a
sister, Rebecca, and brother, Benjamin... played travel ball for
