Alexa Neil led the offense with a 2-for-3 day with 1 run and 2 RBIs. Neil hit her first home run since her freshman year on May 10th, 2019.
Cal would get two runs back on a two-run homerun but that would be all the scoring for the Golden Bears in this game.
Raci Miranda picked up the win after tossing four innings and giving up two runs on four hits. Haley Rainey pitched three innings in relief and picked up the save. Rainey allowed zero runs on one hit, one walk, and two strikeouts. Rainey pitched in four of the five games that the Titans played this weekend.
The Titans will head to Puerto Vallarta Mexico for the Puerta Vallarta College Challenge next week where they will take on Kansas, Ole Miss, Tennessee, North Dakota State, and Liberty. The Titans have not competed in that tournament since 2017.
The Titans will play their next ten games on the road and will not return home until the Judi Garman Classic beginning on Thursday March 2nd, 2023.
