OKLAHOMA BOX SCORE

CATHEDRAL CITY, Calif. - The Cal State Fullerton Titans women's softball were shutout against the No.1 ranked Oklahoma on Friday afternoon at the Mary Nutter Classic.

The storylines leading up to the game were all about Jocelyn Alo setting the new career record in home runs but it was the Sooner (11-0) pitcher Jordy Bahl who stole the headlines by tossing a perfect game in six innings against the Titans (9-4).

The Titans utilized four pitchers for the game.  With Ellie Zellien tossing the best line for Fullerton.  Zellien pitched 3 innings in relief allowing just three hits, one run, two walks, and two strikeouts.

Zellien shut Oklahoma down in order in the third inning, which was only the second time this season that Oklahoma has gone down 1-2-3 in an inning.

It doesn't get much easier for the Titans as they play their final games of the Mary Nutter Classic on Saturday against #11 Oregon and #15 Northwestern.  The Northwestern game is set for a 5:30 p.m. start and the Oregon game is set for 7:30 p.m. start.
