Daisy Munoz hit a two-RBI single in the top of the third to drive in Whitmore (her second run of the game) and Delgadillo. UCSD responded with two of their own in the bottom of the inning. But in the fifth, Hannah Becerra hit her ninth home run of the season to drive in Whitmore and push the lead to 5-3.
