FULLERTON, Calif. - The Big West Conference announced on Monday that Cal State Fullerton softball freshman Hannah Becerra was named Big West Freshman of the Week.
Becerra recorded two multi-hit games over the week, hit two homers and drove in seven runs. Five of those RBI came in the opener of a double-deader against Loyola Marymount. One of her two home runs came against No. 1 UCLA. She recorded 11 total bases for the week and cleanly handled all six of her fielding opportunities.
