FULLERTON, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton women's soccer suffered a 2-1 loss to UC Irvine in Titan Stadium on Thursday night.
Fullerton (4-8 overall, 1-2 Big West) jumped out to a 1-0 lead at the 7:40 mark thanks to Brown's goal. Samantha McKenna played Delaney Dombek Lindahl up the wing and then Lindahl's cross went all the way to the back post where Brown was waiting. She took a touch to control and then blasted home her fourth goal of the season and the 13th of her career.
