Santa Clara, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton women's soccer lost 1-0 on Sunday afternoon at No. 10 Santa Clara. Titans goalkeeper Noa Schumacher had a remarkable performances as the Broncos, the reigning NCAA Champions, peppered her with 13 shots on goal and she made 12 saves. Her 12 saves are tied for the sixth-most in a single game in program history and the most in a game since 2013.

The game was level at 0-0 at the half with Schumacher saving all six of its shots on target. But, the Broncos got the goal at the 47:19 mark off a rebound. Schumacher did a great job to save the first shot but was unable to control and Marisa Bubnis was there to finish it off.

Overall, the Broncos took 22 shots (13 on target) and won eight corner kicks. They controlled the game throughout and limited the Titans to just five shots, zere of which were on target. Fullerton won just one corner kick.

Next up, Fullerton travels to Lubbock, Texas, to face the Texas Tech Red Raiders on Thursday at 5 p.m. PT.
