SOPHOMORE (2014) Appeared in 20 matches and made four starts helping Cal State Fullerton to the 2014 Big West regular season and tournament championships as well as an appearance in the first round of the NCAA Tournament...scored the equalizer on a corner kick as Connie Caliz's blast found the head of Christina Burkenroad, who sent a shot toward goal. BYU goalkeeper Hannah Clark deflected the attempt, but right to the feet of Diego, who hammered the equalizer in from five yards out in a 1-1 tie with No. 22 BYU in the 2014 season opener at Titan Stadium (08/22).
FRESHMAN (2013) Appeared in 21 matches making two starts for the Titans as Fullerton won its fourth Big West Tournament title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the fifth time in program history…attempted four shots during the season.
HIGH SCHOOL A 2013 graduate of Righetti High School in Santa Maria, Calif...four-year letter winner for the Warriors...four-time All-CIF and All-PAC 7 League selection...helped Righetti HS to three PAC 7 League titles...finished with 18 goals and nine assists for the Warriors as a senior, helping lead her team to the second round of the CIF playoffs before falling to eventual champions from Bishop Amat...finished with 27 goals and 13 assists as a sophomore...also had 16 goals and six assists as a freshman...finished her prep career with 64 goals and 31 assists...Warriors were CIF Division III semifinalists in her sophomore year (2011) and quarterfinalists in 2010... also reached the second round of the tournament in 2012.
