Tai Jade Kliebphiphat shot an even par 71 Tuesday and her Gonzaga teammates posted the best round of the tourney at 293 to pull away to a 13-stroke victory over host Cal State Fullerton at the 54-hole Second Annual Folino Invitational Men's Golf Tournament at Industry Hills Golf Course at Pacific Palms Resort.
The Bulldogs totaled 897 strokes to 910 for Fullerton, which was only 4 strokes down beginning the day but shot 302. The only other sub-300 round by a team was Montana's 298 on Monday.
The Grizzlies' Tara Green took indivdual honors at 220 (74-68-78), topping Gonzaga's Alice Kim (76-70-75 = 221) and Cal State Fullerton's Taylor Fowler (75-74-72 = 221) by a single stroke.
Long Beach State finished third at 918.
