SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton women's golf finished the Big West Championship in fifth place after shooting 73-over par 937.
Linley Ooi led the team individually, wrapping up the tournament tied for 12th with a score of 12-over par 236. Ooi shot a 78 in rounds one and three with a 76 in the second round.
Elina Saksa (76-81-78), Lisa Djerf (79-76-80) and Haruka Koda (72-80-83) all finished the Big West Championship tied for 18th after shooting 19-over par 235. Kayle Hunn shot 43-over par 259 to place 42nd (87-86-86).
Cal Poly and Hawi'i tied for first place, however Cal Poly won the playoff. Kaylyn Noh of Cal Poly took first place individually.
