MARICOPA, Ariz. – Cal State Fullerton Women's Golf wrapped up the Wyoming Cowgirl Tuesday in 16th place with a score of 59-over par 923.
Linley Ooi led the team individually with a tied for 17th place finish after shooting 5-over par 221. Ooi started off the tournament with 75 in round one before improving in the final two rounds with a 74 and 72.
Elina Saksa finished the tournament tied for 45th with a 12-over par 228 (77-76-75). Haruka Koda shot an 18-over par 234 to place tied for 71st (82-78-74).
Lisa Djerf finished tied for 92nd with a 24-over par 240 (78-81-81). Kayle Hunn finished the tournament in 113 after shooting 39-over par 255 (84-88-83).
Santa Clara took first place as a team with a score of 16-over par 880 while their own Claire Choi won the individual title after shooting 3-under par 213.
The Titans now head to San Luis Obispo for the Big West Championships beginning Sunday morning and wrapping up Tuesday afternoon.
