PALM DESERT, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton women's golf wrapped up the Mountain Classic Match Play Tuesday with a 1-2 record.

The Titans defeated Wyoming 3-2 in its first matchup of the Mountain Classic. Elina Saksa, Linley Ooi and Kayle Hunn secured wins over their opponents to give the Titans the victory.

In its second matchup of the tournament, Fullerton lost to Seattle 2-1-2. Lisa Djerf defeated her opponent from Seattle while Saksa and Haruka Koda earned ties. 

Fullerton dropped its final matchup on Tuesday afternoon to Portland State 3-2. Ooi and Hunn were able to secure victories but the Titans ultimately came up short. 

The Titans are back in action Monday, Feb. 28 and Tuesday Mar. 1 at the Grand Canyon Women's Invitational in Phoenix, Ariz.
