FULLERTON, Calif. - Women's basketball redshirt junior Taylor Turney has been named Cal State Fullerton Student-Athlete of the Month for February presented by the Clementine Hotel Courtyard by Marriott Anaheim/Convention Center. Turney did it all for the Titans, averaging 16.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.9 steals per game.

Turney and the Titans went 5-3 in February and now own a 16-11 overall record, cementing a winning record for the first time in 30 years. She scored in double figures in seven of the eight games during the month and scored 20+ points in four of those games.

The Titans play at Long Beach State on Wednesday and then the final home game of the season is on Saturday at 5 p.m. PT, the first leg of a doubleheader with men's basketball.
