FULLERTON, Calif. – The Cal State Fullerton women's basketball team (7-5, 0-0 BWC) will return to action in Titan Gym on Sunday, December 29 when they will take on Seattle University (6-6) in a 2:00 p.m. non-conference matinee.
The Titans are on a three-game winning streak after downing Air Force 79-70 on Saturday, December 21. Fullerton shot a blistering 58.6% from the floor, 9-10 from the free throw line, and outrebounded the Falcons 41-24.
Cal State Fullerton will be led by three-time Big West Player of the Week, Raina Perez, who leads the conference, and is number four in the nation in points per game with a 23.1 average. Additionally, she is fourth in the league with 3.8 assists, and number two in the Big West with an .868 free throw percentage.
Forward Joy Krupa is the number two rebounder in the conference with a 10.7 average, and is number eleven in assists with a 3.1 average. Taylor Turney is averaging 12.9 points per game, which ranks number ten in the conference, and her 4.8 assists ranks third.
Redhawk assistant coach Toni Thomas will be making her return to Titan Gym. Thomas was an All-Big West forward for the Titans from 2005-09, and is in the all-time Titan top-ten in eleven individual career categories, including #2 in points (1,786) and #2 in rebounds (897).
The Titans and Redhawks have shared one common opponent this season in Utah State. Seattle fell to the Aggies 63-70, while CSUF defeated Utah State 83-62. The Titans are 5-0 all-time versus Seattle. They last met in 2018 in Seattle. The Titans prevailed 57-54.

PARKING
CSUF requires a parking permit for all weekday games. Beginning July 1st, parking on campus will be $10 for an All-Day permit Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm Friday until 5pm. After 5pm on Friday, Permits are not required, as well as on the weekend. Park and Pay stalls Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (Friday until 5pm) are $4 for 1-hour, $8 for 2-hours. Permits can be purchased in parking lots at the permit machines and accept only major credit cards.
