FULLERTON, Calif. – The Big West Conference announced that Titan redshirt junior guard Raina Perez was named to the six-woman Big West Preseason All-Conference Team by the Big West media members.
Perez was an All-Big West Honorable Mention selection last season and is looking forward to improving on the Titans 14-16 record in 2018-19. She will be joined in her goal by seven returnees, Carolyn Gill, Ashlee Ane, Madison Freemon, Janette Mensah, Clarissa Rodarte, Triann Thompson, and Big West All-Freshman and Best Sixth Person, forward Amiee Book.
Redshirt transfers Taylor Turney and Joy Krupa are hungry to get on the court after sitting out last year. Four freshmen, Anniken Frey, Malia Goldsmith, Kathryn Neff and Megan Nieto will round out the Titan lineup.
The results of two preseason polls were released. Big West media predicted a seventh place finish for the Cal State Fullerton women's basketball team. Big West coaches predicted a ninth place finish.

Cal State Fullerton fans will have their first opportunity to see the 2019-20 Titans on Saturday, November 2, when they host Biola in an exhibition game at Titan Gym. Tip-off will be at 1:00 p.m.
