FULLERTON, Calif. – It was a game that had a little bit of everything, but Jade Vega and Raina Perez combined to score 33 of the Titans' 67 points to lead Cal State Fullerton to a 67-62 victory over Dartmouth, Wednesday evening inside Titan Gym.
The victory brings Fullerton to 3-4 on the young season, snapping what was a three-game losing skid.
The Titans shot an efficient 46.3 percent from the field, while going 19-for-14 from the floor, while posting an efficient 75 percent shooting night from the charity stripe. They connected on 24-of-32 shots.

Perez led the way, going 7-of-13 from the floor for a game-high 17 points, including knocking down 2-of-3 treys, while totaling a team-high four assists to go along with three rebounds. Vega did most of her work at the charity stripe, as she struck for 16 points on 14-of-15 shooting at the line to go along with four rebounds and a couple of assists.
Daeja Smith totaled nine points and five rebounds, while Carolyn Gill led all Titans with eight boards. Clarissa Rodarte also chipped in with eight points on a perfect 2-for-2 from beyond the arc.
Elle Louie led Dartmouth (2-3) with a team-high 13 points on 6-of-11 shooting.
The Titans started both the game and the second half slow, but finished strong, outscoring Dartmoth 23-14 in the second quarter and 19-14 down the stretch in the fourth period to take home the victory.
