FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton men's soccer defeated Saint Francis by a final score of 4-1 Friday night at Titan Stadium. With the win the Titans improve to 4-1 on the year.
Reziq Banihani got the Titans on the board early with a goal in the seventh minute on an assist from Jose Delgado.

Ten minutes later Banihani assisted on a Sander Forø goal that put the Titans up 2-0. Banihani is now tied for the team lead in points (9), goals (3) and assists (3). Giovanni Calderon also assisted on the goal.

Saint Francis cut into the Titans lead in the 25th minute, however it was an own goal by a Fullerton defender.
Mason Lamb got the goal back in the 31st minute, scoring his first in Titans uniform. Once again, Banihani recorded the assist along with Sebastian Cruz who is tied with Banihani with nine points on three goals and three assists.

The Titans scored early in the second half to all but seal the game. Jorge Quintero showed off some fancy footwork before sending the ball into the top right corner of the net. Ernesto Cueva and Forø assisted on the goal.

Fullerton is back on the pitch Sunday evening as Stetson comes to Titan Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. PT.
