LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton men's soccer went on the road and came up with a 1-0 win against Loyola Marymount Thursday night.
Fullerton is now 3-2-5 on the the season with the victory and has not dropped a match in three consecutive games.
The Titans took the lead in the 54th minute on goal by Christian Pinzon who scored inside the six-yard box on a perfect cross from Ross McPhie. It is Pinzon's second goal of the season.

Paul-Andre Guerin recorded a clean sheet in net and is now tied for eighth all-time in the history of the program for most shutouts in a career. Guerin didn't have to come up with any saves in the match because of the Titans stellar defense.
Fullerton out-played the Lions throughout most of the match, controlling possession a majority of the game and out-shooting Loyola Marymount 11 to six.
The Titans now wrap up nonconference play Saturday at 1 p.m. against San Francisco at Titan Stadium.
