John Sanjuan enters his second season as an assistant coach for the Titans after serving as an undergraduate assistant during 2013.
The former Titan has helped the program win back-to-back Big West Championships (2013 & 2014) as Fullerton is set to made its first NCAA Regional appearance since the program was reinstated for the 2009-10 campaign. Sanjuan led the Titans as the tenth-seed in the Sugar Grove Regionals to finish in 11th-place among the 14-team postseason tournament in Sugar Grove, Ill., on May 15-17, 2014.
Over the last two years with Sanjuan part of the coaching staff, the Titans have won six team titles, including four during the 2013-14 season.
In addition, Fullerton has produced three individual titles, while the squad has received four Big West All-Conference accolades. In 2013, the team finished the year ranked No. 72 in the country (Golf Stat), while Fullerton concluded the 2014 season with an improved No. 66 rating.
