Titans Tied for Seventh After Round One of Visit Stockton Invitational

STOCKTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton men's golf finished the first round of the Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational tied for seventh place after shooting a 6-under par 278 on Thursday. 

Matthew Schafer leads the team individually and is in seventh place with a score of 4-under par 67. Harry Doig shot a 2-under par 69 to finish off the day tied for 16th place. 

Howard Yoon and Trevor McNary are among 11 golfers tied for 41st place with an even-par 71. Garrett Boe shot a 2-over par 73 to complete round one tied for 60th place. 

The Titans will resume day two of the Visit Stockton Invitational Friday morning beginning at 8:30 a.m. PT.
