PRINCEVILLE, Kaua'i. – With just one round remaining at the Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational, Fullerton is in seventh place with a score of 8-under par 568.
The Titans are within striking distance a the few teams in front of them as the third place team, Sam Houston State, is just four strokes ahead. Pepperdine leads the tournament with a 19-under par 557. Blake Elliot of McNeese State is in first place individually at 13-under par 131.
Michael Sharkey and Dalton Daniel lead the Titans individually as they are tied for 23rd after shooting a 70 and 72, respectively, in round two. Sharkey and and Daniel are at 2-under par 142 through two rounds. Sharkey moved all the way up from tied for 41st in round one.
Jack Dyer is just behind the front duo as he is tied for 34th place with a score of 1-under par 143. Sunday, Dyer shot a 2-under par 70 and followed it up with a 1-over par 73 on Tuesday.
Matt Rafter is tied for 45th place at 1-over par 145. Rafter shot a 74 in round one and improved with a 1-under par 71 in round tow. Matt Wilson is tied for 53rd heading into round three with a score of 2-over par 146.
The Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational wraps up Wednesday with the third and final round. The Titans are paired up with golfers from Louisville, Loyola Marymount and McNeese State with tee times beginning at 11 a.m. PT.
