Elk Grove, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton men's golf finished in seventh place at the Sacramento State Invitational Tuesday afternoon with a score of 23-over par 887.

Derek Castillo finished with the top spot for the Titans with a tied for eighth place finish at 2-over par 218. Castillo shot a 4-over par 76 in the third and final round of the tournament.

Matt Wilson earned a tied for 16th place finish with a score of 4-over par 220. Wilson finished the tournament with his best score of the day at even par 72.

Mark Cobey finished the Sacramento State Invitational tied for 26th place at 7-over par 223. Cobey shot he best score of the tournament in the second round with a 2-under par 70.

Martin Manalo placed tied for 40th after shooting a 12-over par 228 while freshman Dalton Daniel finished tied for 42nd with a score of 13-over par 229.

The Titans return to action March 12-14 at the Bob Sitton Invitational in Dallas, Texas.
